  • 1 cup almond milk Or any milk of choice.
  • ½ tsp cinnamon For extra warmth and flavor.
  • ice cubes Optional, for a colder smoothie.

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, rolled oats, almond butter, honey, almond milk, cinnamon, and ice cubes (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes
