Instructions
Stir in chopped green onions and any optional ingredients like peas .
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to coat.
Add the egg-coated rice to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the eggs are cooked and the rice is golden.
Season with soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Stir in chopped green onions and any optional ingredients like peas or ham.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For the best texture, use cold, day-old rice to prevent clumping.
