Juicy, oven-baked chicken breasts seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. This easy and flavorful dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, remaining paprika, Italian seasoning, parsley, and minced garlic until well combined.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken. Garnish with extra parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. This dish pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
