Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp red chili peppers finely chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chili peppers, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice or crusty bread.

Notes

For extra heat, add more chili peppers or a dash of cayenne pepper.
