For the Filling

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined and creamy.
Gradually add the heavy whipping cream, beating on low speed until the filling is light and fluffy.
Use immediately as a filling for crepes, or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of lemon juice. This filling also works great for stuffed pastries or as a dip for fruit!
