Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened to room temperature.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream For a lighter, fluffier texture.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  • Gradually add the heavy whipping cream, beating on low speed until the filling is light and fluffy.
  • Use immediately as a filling for crepes, or refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a splash of lemon juice. This filling also works great for stuffed pastries or as a dip for fruit!
