Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, half of the ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients and spread over the meatloaf.
Bake for 55–60 minutes or until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.

You can customize this meatloaf with optional add-ins like vegetables, cheese, or different proteins for varied flavor.
