Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Sliced into strips.
  • 1 red bell pepper Sliced.
  • 1 green bell pepper Sliced.
  • 1 onion Sliced.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper To taste.
  • 1 lime Juiced.

For Serving

  • warm flour or corn tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until tender.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, squeeze fresh lime juice over everything, and mix well.
  • Serve hot in tortillas with your favorite toppings like guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for up to an hour before cooking.
