Instructions
In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until tender.
Return the chicken to the skillet, squeeze fresh lime juice over everything, and mix well.
Serve hot in tortillas with your favorite toppings like guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for up to an hour before cooking.
