Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until just combined.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into meatballs. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Notes

Serve with pasta, rice, salad, or your favorite dipping sauce. You can also add herbs or spices for extra flavor.
