Egg and cheese pancake

Delicious egg and cheese pancake recipe for breakfast:

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• Half a cup of milk
• Half a cup of liquid cream
• 5 tablespoons of flour
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• A pinch of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• Half a packet of yeast
• Filling: Cheese (any type available)

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, and eggs using a hand mixer.
2. Add the butter, salt, black pepper, and sugar, and continue whisking until the ingredients are well combined.
3. Add the flour and yeast, and keep mixing until you get a smooth batter.
4. Let the batter rest for a short while.
5. Heat a pan and pour a portion of the batter to make the first pancake, then repeat for the second.
6. Place the filling (cheese) between the two pancakes and leave them on the heat until the cheese melts.
7. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
